a) Martial arts and swordmanship training involves inherent risks of injury or death, even when performed according to proper instruction.

b) Training with weapons, including but not limited to swords, whether real or practice weapons, carries additional risks of serious injury or death.

c) You voluntarily assume all risks associated with implementing or attempting to implement any techniques or training methods demonstrated in our Content.

2. Release of Liability

By viewing or using our Content, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Art of War BV, its instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by you while participating in or implementing techniques from our online training Content.

3. Training Environment and Safety

You acknowledge that:

a) Art of War BV cannot supervise or control your training environment or implementation of techniques.

b) You are solely responsible for ensuring a safe training environment and using appropriate safety equipment.

c) You must obtain proper in-person instruction before attempting advanced techniques or partner exercises.

4. Medical Consultation

You should consult with a physician before beginning any martial arts training program. Persons with health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations should not attempt these techniques without medical clearance.

5. Content Usage

a) All Content is for educational purposes only and should not be used for any illegal purposes.

b) The Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No part may be reproduced without written permission from Art of War BV.

6. No Professional Relationship

Viewing our Content does not create an instructor-student relationship or any other professional relationship between you and Art of War BV or its instructors.

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
